【周知】自転車損害賠償責任保険等への加入義務化について/[Notice] Mandatory to Enroll in a Bicycle Insurance

熊本県では「熊本県自転車の安全で適正な利用の促進に関する条例」の改正により、
令和3年10月1日から自転車損害賠償保険等への加入が義務化されました。
下記を参考に自転車保険に加入しているか確認をして下さい。
なお、本学で推奨している「学研災付帯賠償責任保険（学研賠）」は大学での活動が補償範囲になります。
私的な活動は補償の範囲外になりますのでご注意下さい。学研災等についてはこちらをご確認下さい。

Due to the by-law revision, in Kumamoto prefecture, all bicycle riders were mandated to enroll in a bicycle insurance such as a bicycle casualty insurance effective October 1, 2021.
Please check if you have already enrolled in a bicycle casualty insurance with the chart below.
Please note that the "Liability Insurance coupled with "Gakkensai" ("Futaibaiseki") recommended by Kumamoto University covers only liabilities during regular curricular activities, school events, etc.
Private activities are not covered. Please check here for more information on "Gakkensai" ("Futaibaiseki.")
